Rare and very beautiful ladies' watch version from the "Première chaine gourmette" collection in 18K yellow gold, consisting of an octagonal case set with 56 diamonds (F/G VVS), a black lacquered dial, and a bracelet composed of gourmette links. Crown enhanced with an onyx cabochon. Clasp with safety feature.
