Rolex - Datejust 1601 watch in steel and yellow gold

The Datejust was launched in 1945 by Rolex, the first watch with an automatic date display. Reference 1601 was produced in the 1960s and 1970s. Our model is the two-tone steel and yellow gold version, with a fluted yellow gold bezel and a riveted bracelet.

Period two-tone riveted steel and yellow gold bracelet, a configuration characteristic of Datejust models from the 1960s, harder to find than the classic Jubilee. Calibre 1570, automatic, 26 jewels, chronometer-certified.
